Bahri to pay FY17 dividend on May 3

National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017on May 3, it said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on April 17, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Bahri’s board of directors has recommended a 15 percent cash dividend (SAR 1.5 per share) to be paid for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to SAR 590.63 million.
