Dar Al Arkan sets up new real estate firm to advise international investors

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. has set up a new real estate firm to advise and provide brokerage services for international investors looking to enter the Saudi market.

 

The first branch will open in the capitol city of Riyadh.

 

"The new business portfolio will help the company provide real estate brokerage services to global players seeking investments in the Saudi market,” said Dar chairman, Yousef Al-Shalash. “This way, Dar Al Arkan can claim strong presence worldwide and promote its investments locally and globally.”
