Alujain shareholders approve board, audit reports

Alujain Corporation’s shareholders approved on Wednesday audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and selected PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) accounting firm to audit the company’s financials from Q2 2018 to Q1 2019.
