City Cement approves 4% dividend for FY17

City Cement Co.’s general assembly has approved a 4 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 0.4 per share, amounting to SAR 75.68 million.

 

Shareholders have also delegated the board of directors to distribute semi-annually or quarterly cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, in accordance with the company’s financial position, cash flows and strategic plans.
