Court cancels favorable ruling in SASCO’s case against Madinah Municipality

The appeals court in Madinah has issued a decision to cancel a previous ruling in favor of Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) to receive three sites from the Madinah Municipality, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

The court has also rejected SASCO’s claim against the municipality.

SASCO will take necessary procedures to protect its rights, the statement added.

The company filed a claim last year against the municipality for three sites granted to the company by a royal decree, Argaam previously reported.

In February, a court had issued a ruling granting SASCO ownership of the sites.
