Al Alamiya invites nominations to board of directors

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company has invited nominations from eligible shareholders to membership on its board of directors.

 

Nominations will be open from June 6 to June 21, 2018, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Elected members will hold the post for a three-year term starting Sept. 12, 2018, it added.
