Al-Falih, Novak to discuss OPEC oil pact in Moscow

Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih will discuss a global oil output cut deal with Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak during the World Cup, TASS news agency reported on Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

 

A source in the Russian oil industry confirmed that such a meeting was planned regarding the oil pact, which is scheduled to run until the end of this year.

 

Russia will host the tournament from June 14 to July 15.
