Tadawul sets Al Akaria's fluctuation limit after capital hike

Saudi Real Estate Co.'s (Al Akaria) fluctuation limit for its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 15.92, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement on Sunday.

 

The additional shares will be deposited into investor portfolios on July 3, it added.

 

The company approved increasing capital to SAR 2.4 billion from SAR 1.2 billion, through the issue of one bonus share for every share held, at its extraordinary general assembly held on June 28.
