SAICO to deposit proceeds from fractional shares on July 26

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) has sold 3,044 fractional shares on June 26, 2018 at SAR 15.92 per share for a total of SAR 48,382, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on July 26, 2018, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 20 percent capital hike to SAR 300 million from SAR 250 million through the issue of one bonus share for every five shares held, Argaam reported.
