SIDC elects new directors, audit committee

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) on July 26, 2018 elected board members for the next three-year term starting from January 1, 2019 until December 31, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also formed the audit committee for the same board term.
