Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund saw three negotiated deals on its stock today, where 404,600 units were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 8.65 per share against an official price of SAR 9.06.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
