Al Akaria still in talks with Accor on Riyadh hotels

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) said in a bourse filing that talks are still ongoing with AccorHotels over the operation and management of its hotels in Riyadh.

 

Signing the related contracts will be duly revealed, it added.

 

In May, Al Akaria signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with AccorHotels for the operation and management of its hotels in Riyadh. The MoU was valid from May 3 until Aug. 2, 2018.
