Taleem REIT posts H1 profit of SAR 11 mln

Taleem REIT Fund reported a net profit of SAR 10.85 million for H1 2018, fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Fees and expenses totaled SAR 1.37 million for the first six months of the year.

 

Net asset value (NAV) – based on fair value – reached SAR 295 million, or SAR 10.35 per unit, with the number of total units amounting to 28.5 million units.

 

The yield for the period was 3.7 percent, the statement added.
