Mouwasat to launch ops in Al Khobar hospital on Sept. 15

Mouwasat Medical Services Co. will launch operations at Mouwasat Hospital – Al Khobar on Sept. 15, the Saudi medical services provider said in a bourse filing.

 

Mouwasat obtained the health ministry’s approval on Sept. 2, the statement added.

 

Starting operations in the new hospital will increase the total operating capacity by 25 percent and help the company post positive figures after 18 months of expected weak results as of Q3 2018.

 

In July, Mouwasat said it had completed an eight-week trial run at the new facility in Al Khobar.
