Saudi’s Taj Holding acquires Dubai-based retail firm

Riyadh-based investment group Taj Holding has announced the acquisition of Beside Group, a Dubai-based fashion retailer and distributor of brands such as Diesel, Fred Perry, Pinko and Scotch & Soda, noted a statement on Monday.  

 

“The acquisition marks our most significant investment in the retail sector and is a landmark investment for Taj Holding Group,” said Taj Holding’s Group Chairman & CEO, Omar Henaidy, who will also take on the roles and responsibilities of Chairman & CEO of Beside.
