SAPTCO postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) had to postpone its first and second extraordinary general assembly meeting on Monday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The firm will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
