Saudia Cargo inks consultancy deal for employee development

Saudi Airlines Cargo Company (Saudia Cargo) has signed an agreement with Gallup Inc., the global management consultancy, for developing and studying the former’s employee performance levels and trends.

The three-year agreement will help to enhance Saudia Cargo’s Strategy 2020 vision and values, said a statement from the company.

“The agreement aims to create and implement clear strategy and vision to increase the company’s client base and launch an internal program speeding up the implementation of the transformation strategy and creating conducive environment that enhances culture of sharing,” Saudia Cargo CEO Omar Talal Hariri said.
