Thob Al Assel approves board member resignation

Thob Al Aseel Co.’s board of directors approved on Tuesday the resignation of board member Ahmed Al-Menifi, effective immediately, the firm said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Al-Menifi, who was also member of the auditing committee, has submitted his resignation for work related reasons, the statement added.
