Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed at 7,907.01 points, down by 92.53 points or 1.16 percent month-on-month (MoM).
Total equity market capitalization also declined by 0.93 percent MoM to SAR 1.88 trillion ($501.81 billion), Tadawul said in a statement on Thursday.
The total value of shares traded increased 92.40 percent MoM to SAR 95.74 billion ($25.53 billion), while the total number of shares traded jumped 73.12 percent MoM to 3.86 billion, compared to 2.23 billion shares in September 2018.
The index recorded its highest monthly close at 8,038.07 on October 1, 2018.
