Chemanol approves new board of directors, auditing committee

Methanol Chemicals Company’s (Chemanol) ordinary general assembly approved on Nov. 1 the appointment of the board of directors for the new three- year term starting on Nov. 12, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul today.

 

The general assembly also appointed the new auditing committee, and approved its regulations and member remuneration for the same term, the statement added.
