Dallah Healthcare appoints new board member

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s board of directors appointed on Nov. 13 Othman bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi as an independent board member, with immediate effect, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al-Ghamdi has replaced non-executive board member Hamza Othman Khushaim, who resigned on the same date, upon the request of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), the statement said.

 

The appointment is still pending the next general assembly’s approval, it added.
