MISK Global Forum 2018 kicks off in Riyadh today

The third edition of the MISK Global Forum 2018 opened its doors today, Nov. 14 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh.

 

The two-day event titled “Future Skills” brings together world-class speakers, international partners, representatives of international youth organizations along with young leaders and executives, entrepreneurs and other top official in the public and private sectors.

 

The 2018 forum focuses on three key themes. First, “Development of Individuals” to identify the most important skills required to succeed in future economy; second: “Adaption with the interactive partnership between man and machine” which builds a constructive relationship between the two parties. The final theme is “Promotion of human cooperation”, which calls for the development of social skills as one of the key tools to deal with changes.

 

Over 60 panel sessions will be held over Nov. 14 and 15 from 9 am to 5 pm. The forum aims at promoting four key skills: inspiration, challenge, cooperation and experience by listening to innovative visions, helping brace for the future, testing hypotheses, and forming sustainable relationships to build the growing Misk Global Community.

 

Interactive sessions will be also held through meetings with the world’s prominent leaders. Workshops will be organized for the practical practice of skills, in addition to other brainstorming discussions.

 

The Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation (MISK) Global Forum is an ongoing platform that gathers young leaders, creators and thinkers together with established global innovators to explore, experience and experiment with ways to meet the challenges of change.
