Chemanol names chairman, vice chairman

Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) on Thursday re-appointed Abdullah A. Al Sanea as the chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Sami A. Al Suwaigh was also named as a vice chairman of the board, the statement added.

 

The marketing as well as the executive committees and the nomination and remuneration committee were also formed during the board meeting.
