Dar Al Arkan stock sees two negotiated deals on Monday

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. saw two negotiated deals on its stock today, where 2.35 million shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 9.22 per share against an official price of SAR 8.57.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
