SIDC names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Saudi Industrial Development Co.'s (SIDC) board of directors has appointed Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Asaker as a Chairman of the board, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

SIDC's board also named Bandar Bin Abdullah  Al Humaidi as a Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the statement added.

 

The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee and named a board secretary.

 

The company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were also named.
