Astra Industrial opens nominations for board membership

Astra Industrial Group will open on Jan. 23 nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 22, 2019.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit their requests until Feb. 28, the firm said in a bourse statement today.
