Al Akaria shareholders elect board members for new term

Saudi Real Estate Co.’s (Al Akaria) shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term started on Jan. 31, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Ayman Al Mudaifer, David Micheal Hand, Bandar A. Bin Moqrin, Ibrahim Al Alwan, Nassir bin Saad bin Kadasa, Mohamed Saad Bin Dawood, AbdulAli Al Ajmi, Abdul Fattah Al Kurdi and Abdalaziz S. Alanabar.

 

Shareholders have also approved the board actions as of Jan.1, 2019 until the general assembly’s meeting day.
