6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) United International Transportation Co. LTD.’s (Budget Saudi) board of directors has recommended a 15 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, at SAR 1.5 per share, amounting to SAR 106.75 million.

 

2) Dallah Healthcare Co.’s board of directors approved the repurchase of 5 percent of its shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

3) Saudi Chemical Co. (SCC) said its subsidiary AJA Pharmaceutical Industries Co. increased capital by 33 percent from SAR 150 million to SAR 200 million.

 

4) Saudi Investment Bank’s (SAIB) net profit grew by 3.4 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.5 billion for fiscal year 2018, driven by a rise in total operating income, higher net special commission income, banking fees and exchange income.

 

5) Al Rajhi Bank’s net profit rose 12.9 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 10.3 billion for fiscal year 2018, driven by higher total operating income, net special commission income, and income fees from banking services.

 

6) Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. will launch its rights issue today, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
