Jarir to appoint new board on Feb. 28

Jarir Marketing Co. shareholders on Feb. 28 will discuss electing a new board of directors for the three-year term starting as of March 9, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also discuss forming an audit committee for a three-year term.
