AlBaha appoints Mohammed Al Hammadi as its chairman

AlBaha Investment & Development Co.’s (AlBaha) board of directors assigned on Saturday non-executive board member Mohammed Saleh Mohammed Al Hammadi as chairman for the current term that started on Feb. 10, 2019 and will end Feb. 9, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also appointed Ibrahim Abdullah bin Kulib as the vice-chairman for the term.

The nominations and remunerations committee was formed during the meeting.

 

The auditing committee, the company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul, and the board secretary were chosen during the ordinary general assembly meeting on Jan. 8, the statement said.
