Maaden’s shareholders to vote on board, audit reports March 10

Saudi Arabian Mining Co.’s (Maaden) shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on March 10, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period and discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

They will also vote on amending bylaws and board members remuneration for the same fiscal year .
