Jarir elects board members for the upcoming term

Jarir Marketing Co.’s shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on March 9, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Muhammad Al-Agil, Nasser Al-Agil, Abdullah Al-Agil, Abdulkarim Al-Agil, Nasser Abdulaziz Al-Ageel, Fahad Abdullah Al Gassem, Bader Al Aujan and Basel Jabr.

 

The general assembly has also named members of the audit committee for the same term.
