SPIMACO to pay H2 2018 dividend on April 18

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2018 on April 18, 2019.

 

Shareholders of record on April 2, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 120 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
