L’Azurde to open e-voting on general meeting items on April 20

L’Azurde For Jewelry Co. will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on April 20, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until April 24, 2019, the statement added.  


Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
