Alujain delays general assembly until May 16

Alujain Corp has postponed its upcoming general assembly meeting to May 16, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

Shareholders will vote on bringing a liability lawsuit against the former board of directors.

 

Shareholders of Alujain were set on May 7 to review the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for fiscal year 2018, Argaam earlier reported.
