Al Ahsa Development elects board members for the upcoming term

Al Ahsa Development Co.’s shareholders have elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on July 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Hatem Bin Hamad Al Suhabani, Moath Majid Dawood Al-Ohali, Adel Bin Ahmed Bin Youssef El Saleh, Saad A. Al-Shammary, Ahmed Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Khail , Faisal Mohammed Al Qahtani and Abdulrahman Abdul Mohsin Balghunaim.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders have also elected members of the audit committee for the same term.
