Mulkia REIT appoints two independent board members

Mulkia Investment Co. has appointed Faisal Ali Al-Sayegh and Abdulrahman Sulaiman Al-Ameer as independent members of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund’s board of directors, effective from April 25, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

In a separate statement, the firm said it updated Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund Terms and Conditions as of April 25.

 

The changed terms can be found on Mulkia website.
