Albilad deposits proceeds from fractional shares

Bank Albilad has sold 119,138 fractional shares on April 23, 2019 at SAR 25.95 per share for a total of SAR 3.091 million, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds have been deposited into shareholders accounts on May 6, 2019, the statement added.

 

Last month, the bank’s shareholders approved a 25 percent capital hike to SAR 7.5 billion from SAR 6 billion, Argaam reported.
