Amana elects board members for the upcoming term

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on May 16, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Mahmoud bin Mohamed Al-Toukhi, Naif Bin Faisal Al-Sudairy, Pierree Michel Pharaon, Bader Ibrahim Al-Swailem, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Sakran, Haitham T. Al-Furaih and Abdullah A. Al-Mousa.
