MedGulf re-appoints chairman, vice-chairman

The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MedGulf) has re-appointed Rakan Aboneyan as chairman and Abdulaziz Al-Abduljabar as the vice-chairman for the new term that ends on April 7, 2022, the firm said in a bourse statement today.

 

The firm’s board of directors also appointed the executive, risk, and remunerations and nominations committees.

 

They also appointed the investment and governance committees, the statement said.
