Alujain shareholders approve filing a liability claim against former board

Alujain Corporation’s shareholders have approved filing a liability lawsuit against former board members, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Shareholders have also delegated the current board to perform necessary regulatory procedures to file the claim, the statement added.
