Zahrat Al Waha to pay FY18 dividend on June 13

Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018 on June 13, 2019.

Shareholders of record on May 19, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Earlier this week, the company’s shareholders approved a 10 percent cash dividend at SAR 1 per share for the fiscal year 2018, according to data compiled by Argaam.
