Malath names Mamdouh Al-Sharhan as board chairman

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors has approved appointing Mamdouh Al-Sharhan – independent director – as board chairman.

 

Salman Al Hawawi was named the deputy chairman, while Fawaz Al Hijji was reappointed as chief executive officer.

 

The company also formed the executive, remuneration, investment and risk committees.

 

The audit committee members were also selected for the new term that started on April 16, 2019.
