Basic Chemical Industries reappoints chairman

Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) board of directors on June 17 reappointed Abdulla Muhanna Abdul Aziz Al Moaibed as chairman and Sulaiman Abdullah Al-Kadi as vice-chairman, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also formed nominations and remunerations committee, the statement said, adding that the auditing committee will be formed at the next ordinary general assembly meeting.
