Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) reported net losses of SAR 11.5 million in 2025, versus profits of SAR 6.4 million a year earlier.

The company attributed the losses to lower revenues amid market volatility and a nearly 50% drop in Islamic Murabaha returns after investing in the SEDCO Capital Ajdan Fairmont Fund.

 

Net losses plummeted by 355% to SAR 8.08 million in Q4 2025, compared to losses of SAR 5 million in Q4 2024.

 

On a sequential basis, net loss widened compared to losses of SAR 360,000 in Q3 2025.
