The profit growth was due to a 25% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue, supported by the company’s capital expansions, with revenue from the core ready-mix concrete segment soaring 45% YoY.
In addition, operational efficiency improved with enhanced integration between Sadan Industry Co. and AlNaqool, as Sadan covered AlNaqool’s logistics needs, boosting profit margins and lowering direct costs.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 55.18 million by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 51.60 million a year earlier.
