Saudi Parts Center Co. (SPC) slid into a deeper loss of SAR 14.9 million in 2025, compared to SAR 891,000 a year earlier.

SPC’s sales declined 21% year-on-year (YoY) on weaker demand across spare parts branches, trucks, and maintenance workshops versus 2024.

 

This came despite cost optimization measures that reduced administrative and selling expenses by SAR 3.3 million over the same period.

Compared to H1 2025, net losses widened by 37.2% from SAR 6.2 million.

 
Shareholders equity – no minority interest – dropped to SAR 32.07 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, from SAR 47.39 million a year earlier.
