Alwasail Industrial Co. reported a net profit of SAR 26.2 million in 9M 2025, compared to SAR 32.2 million a year earlier.

Revenues declined as sales of parts fell 34.17% year-on-year (YoY) due to the quality of projects opened during the current year.

The corresponding period of last year included the exit of investment in Shawkor Pipe Systems Co., which was acquired and sold during the same period of the previous year at a net profit of SAR 9.65 million.

 

 

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, amounted to SAR 374.9 million by Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 354.7 million in the prior-year period.
