Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) reported a net profit of SAR 14.2 million for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, up 18% from SAR 12.1 million a year earlier.

The profit increase was driven by the opening of two new branches during the period, in Riyadh and Dammam, in addition to branches opened in the previous period. The new facilities have a combined maximum capacity of 3,600 students.

 

The company also introduced new and diversified programs at existing branches, boosting student enrollment and lifting occupancy rates.

 

The number of students using the company’s services rose 7% to 10,692 during the period, compared with 9,970 in the same period a year earlier.

 

Average revenue per student increased 18% to SAR 8,971, from SAR 7,579 in the prior-year period.

 

The profit increase was driven by the opening of two new branches during the current period, in addition to the previous period, in Riyadh (one branch) and Dammam (one branch), with a total maximum capacity of 3,600 students.

 

Compared to H2 2024/25, net profit fell 34.4% from SAR 21.7 million.

 

Shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, increased in H1 2025/26 to SAR 158.42 million from SAR 123.08 million in H1 2024/2025.
