MBC Group Co. reported a net profit of SAR 304.3 million in H1 2025, an increase from SAR 212.1 million in the prior-year period.

Q2 2025 net profit declined 29.3% to SAR 72.5 million, compared to SAR 102.56 million in Q2 2024.
Revenues from the broadcasting and other commercial activities (BOCA) decreased as Ramadan ended before Q2 2025. In comparison, Q2 2024 witnessed 10 days of Ramadan.
 
On a sequential basis, net profit dropped 68.7% from SAR 231.8 million in Q1 2025.
 

Shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, reached SAR 4.4 billion by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 3.9 billion a year ago.
